Frank and his helper, who I believe is either his son or his stepson, did a great job replacing the hot water shut-off valve to my kitchen sink last year. The old valve was corroded and starting to drip /leak a little bit, and it needed to be changed. Frank came over promptly at the time that he said he would be here and he and his helper, who happens to be a trade Vocational School student, fixed the valve and got me back up and running and feeling a lot better about it. On top of that, as a courteous gesture, Frank was nice enough to tighten an outdoor spigot for me that was starting to come loose a little bit. He secured it back to where it needed to be and it was great to have him do that. I think it's great that Frank has his son helping him because as a student learning the trade of Plumbing the young man is getting real world experience and being able to spend time with his dad at the same time.
